You agree to use MasalaFarms.com for lawful purposes only. You must not use the site:

2. Product Information

All our products are made using hand-crushed spices and traditional methods. We strive to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed via our website only.
We accept payments via secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, UPI, and Credit/Debit Cards.
Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within India. International shipping will be added soon.
Delivery timelines range from 3–7 business days.
Any delays due to courier partners or unforeseen issues are not the responsibility of Masala Farms, but we will assist in tracking your shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the seal is broken. However, if you receive:

A damaged or defective product
A wrong product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@masalafarms.com with proof (photos/videos). Eligible refunds or replacements will be issued within 5–7 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MasalaFarms.com, including logos, product images, descriptions, blogs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Masala Farms shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
